Booking Terms

Reservations
A place is reserved upon confirmation of booking. Reservations are personal and non-transferable without our written agreement.
Payment
Full payment via Stripe confirms your place. Card details are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card numbers on our servers.
Refunds
Programme places are non-refundable once confirmed if you cancel or do not attend. This does not affect your statutory rights. If Perry Performance cancels a programme, we will contact you about next steps. Where possible we may transfer a cancelled place to a waiting-list member.
Group allocation
Players are allocated into in-person coaching groups by Emily Perry after sign-up. Group composition, day, and time are at our discretion based on tier, preference, and balance.
Programme changes
We reserve the right to amend session dates, coaches or venues. We will give you reasonable notice of any change.
Community conduct
Members agree to use the community respectfully. Harassment, harmful conduct or self-promotion may result in removal without refund. You can report posts, comments and messages, and block other members, from the in-app menu. Reports are reviewed by Perry Performance within 24 hours. For help email admin@perry-performance.com.
