Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Perry Performance Roses account directly inside the app. This deletes the account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in and open Profile.
  2. Open Account settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What deletion means

Your sign-in account, profile, uploaded profile image and associated community content are deleted. Limited transaction or support records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or accounting purposes.

Programme payments are not subscriptions and deleting your account does not create a refund. See the booking terms.

Unable to access the app?

Email admin@perry-performance.com from your registered email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
