Who we are
Perry Performance Roses is a UK-based ladies' golf coaching community. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile, date of birth), emergency contact details, your golf profile (including handicap, home club, county, preferences and goals), profile photos, community posts and messages, support enquiries, programme bookings and transaction history. Stripe processes card payments for us; we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use it
To deliver coaching programmes, allocate you into groups, send programme communications, manage payments, and provide the members-only community. We never sell your personal information and do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Services and retention
We use Supabase to provide account, database, and file-storage services, and Stripe to process payments. These providers process information on our behalf to provide those services. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may have other rights under applicable data-protection law. Email admin@perry-performance.com.
Delete your Perry Performance Roses account
In the app, open Profile → Account settings → Delete account to permanently delete your account and associated personal data. Full instructions are available on our account-deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email admin@perry-performance.com from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account.
Limited transaction or support records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting purposes.
